Fragranzi is the place where artistry and science combine. We are fascinated by the way that fragrance is able to affect us emotionally, and we wanted to offer this service as a way of personalising your own journey in a way that’s not often seen. Traditionally, the art of perfumery is a solo pursuit that requires a lot of knowledge, know-how, patience and practical experience. But with our co-founder Conan’s science background as a foundation, our fascination and passion for helping people create bespoke blends is here for all to enjoy. And with an infinite number of fragrance blends to explore, the world is your sweet-smelling oyster.
How does it work?
If you’re interested in crafting a bespoke fragrance that represents or complements your business or your brand, we will want to start with a conversation. What are you all about? What are your hopes, dreams and desires for your own fragrance? Do you want to make people feel a certain way, or think about something in particular? The more we know and understand, the more we have to work with. We’ll talk a lot about our recommended avenues before we commit to blending a fragrance. If you’re in Christchurch you could come in and go through this process with us, and if you’re elsewhere in New Zealand we could send you one of our Fragrance Discovery sets to get your olfactory system humming.
How much does it cost?
Conan is happy to meet with you for a no-obligation chat just to talk through some options - at no cost, although he has never been known to turn down the offer of a coffee! Final costs vary, depending on your needs. Creating a bespoke fragrance for a commercial venture starts with a no-obligation meeting and then, if going ahead, involves quite a lot of time, with a base cost of $2000 to reach a final prototype.
